Chocolate Protein Ninja Creami
This is running through my veins atm. Absolute heaven, just like a Wendy's Chocollo but minus the insulin resistance.

Ingredients

Single Serving:

  • 210g low fat milk
  • 55g vanilla yoghurt (I like YoPRO)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 30g natural chocolate protein powder (I use Happy Way)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Natvia
  • Pinch of salt

Full Tub:

  • 300g low fat milk
  • 75g vanilla yoghurt (I like YoPRO)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 45g natural chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Natvia
  • Pinch of salt

5 x Batch Single Serving:

  • 1,050g low fat milk
  • 265g vanilla yoghurt (I like YoPRO)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 150g natural chocolate protein powder
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp Natvia
  • ½ tsp salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, Nutribullet or in the tub (using a stick blender, but be sure the sweetener doesn’t just sink to the bottom)
  2. Freeze for ~24 hours (I have my freezer on the coldest setting to speed this up), with no lid on (to avoid a bump in the middle which can damage your machine)
  3. Depending on how cold your settings are, you may have to play around with how many spins you do (keep spinning if it’s icy), but I do…
  4. 1 x spin on Lite Ice Cream
  5. Scrape down the sides (I find the flat back of a butter knife works best) and do 1 x spin on Ice Cream
  6. Flatten the mixture down and do 1 x final spin on Ice Cream
  7. Enjoy
