Chocolate Protein Ninja Creami
This is running through my veins atm. Absolute heaven, just like a Wendy's Chocollo but minus the insulin resistance.
Ingredients
Single Serving:
- 210g low fat milk
- 55g vanilla yoghurt (I like YoPRO)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 30g natural chocolate protein powder (I use Happy Way)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Natvia
- Pinch of salt
Full Tub:
- 300g low fat milk
- 75g vanilla yoghurt (I like YoPRO)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 45g natural chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Natvia
- Pinch of salt
5 x Batch Single Serving:
- 1,050g low fat milk
- 265g vanilla yoghurt (I like YoPRO)
- 2 tbsp vanilla essence
- 150g natural chocolate protein powder
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp Natvia
- ½ tsp salt
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender, Nutribullet or in the tub (using a stick blender, but be sure the sweetener doesn’t just sink to the bottom)
- Freeze for ~24 hours (I have my freezer on the coldest setting to speed this up), with no lid on (to avoid a bump in the middle which can damage your machine)
- Depending on how cold your settings are, you may have to play around with how many spins you do (keep spinning if it’s icy), but I do…
- 1 x spin on Lite Ice Cream
- Scrape down the sides (I find the flat back of a butter knife works best) and do 1 x spin on Ice Cream
- Flatten the mixture down and do 1 x final spin on Ice Cream
