Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping for all Australian orders. Express shipping and international shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Orders are sent the morning after they are received. The time it takes to arrive at the destination is determined by the delivery service, and is dependent upon location. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Our Delivery Service Provider is Sendle - Sendle is a shipping service that allocates orders automatically to delivery companies such as FastWay, Couriers Please and DHL. Sendle has provided the following delivery estimates:

Australia: VIC, NSW, QLD, SA Standard Shipping. Typically delivered within 6 business days. 

Australia: WA, TAS, RURAL AREAS Standard Shipping. Typically delivered within 16 business days. 

New Zealand Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 6 business days. 

Within Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe: Typically delivered within 28 business days. 

Rest of the world: Typically delivered within 30 business days.
