- 30ml Heinz Street Food Roasted Garlic Sauce
- 4 brioche burger buns
- Butter for the buns, at room temperature
- Finely sliced iceberg lettuce
Makes 4 burgers
Method
- Cover each chicken breast with cling wrap and gently pound with a rolling pin to flatten to an even 1cm thickness, then cut in 2, so you have four pieces.
- Dust chicken in flour, then coat in egg wash, then breadcrumbs. Repeat for a double crust. Shake off any excess and set aside.
- Combine both @heinz_au Street Food Sauces in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium high in a large frying pan.
- Once the oil is shimmering, add chicken in batches, frying each side until golden (around 3 minutes on each side). Season chicken with salt flakes and drain on a paper towel.
- Heat another large frying pan or grill over medium high.
- Spread butter evenly on the inside of each burger bun, then grill until a golden crust has formed.
- Spread @heinz_au Street Food Sauces mix over the buttered side of each bun. Add chicken, lettuce, a sprinkle of salt, brioche tops and serve immediately.
